十年後，中一同學中學及大學畢業後，會做什麼工作呢？是醫生？律師？工程師？無論是什麼工作，校長和老師相信的是每個同學都有你們的長處和閃亮點，你們一定可以發光發熱。在你們準備未來工作的時候，校長對大家有三個提醒。
第一， 校長希望大家要有目標。人生目標是一種自我選擇，你的體驗、經歷、探索、生活，都因著你的目標而定。目標可以是短期的，亦可以是長期的，你可以幻想未來你的工作，亦可以幻想著你未來的人生。人正正是因為有了目標，才能一直向前走，而不是往後退，甚至是當你感到迷失的時候，目標就是你漆黑中的北斗星，引領你繼續向前行。而只有你保持積極的思想，而不是消極的態度，你的人生一定會走向充實，而不是走向虛無，所以目標是大家向前行的方向。
第二，校長希望大家要學習堅持。每個人都會有夢想，有人會達成夢想，但有人不能夠，分別往往就是那個人能否堅持。任何事情，如果你半途而廢，那就註定只有失敗。但反過來，任何事情只要你能堅持做下去，就有了成功的可能。當然堅持只是第一步，更重要的是你有否為你的夢想而奮鬥。人生就像馬拉松，獲勝往往不是你突然的爆發力，而是不斷的堅持。很多時候，成功就是堅持多一會，這一刻不放棄，下一刻就會有希望，請大家謹記「堅持的才會看到希望」。
最後，校長希望大家學懂感恩。快樂及人生的意義是來自什麼的呢？是金錢？是愛情？是友情？或許統統都是，亦可能不是，但我相信惟有學懂感恩才可以令大家生活得更快樂，生命更有意義。大家要感恩香港明愛、學校提供了很好的學習環境予大家學習，亦要感恩老師、職員、工友對大家一直的照顧，更要感恩家長對你們的呵護備至。未來的世界改變得很快，只有大家學懂感恩，哪怕世界怎樣變，你的快樂一定不變。縱使同學未來將會面對不同的挑戰，只要有目標，願意堅持，憑著感恩的心一定能將問題迎刃而解，成就不平凡的人生。

In today's globalized world, collaboration is essential. The internet has changed the way we live over the past few decades, allowing us to communicate instantly with people from all over the world. From daily life to business operations, globalization is an inevitable trend. Since we cannot avoid working with individuals from different backgrounds, mastering collaboration is crucial for success in the 21st century. At CWCC, we understand that success requires more than just academic knowledge; it demands skills like critical thinking and effective communication. Our education is student-centered, emphasizing cooperative learning through project-based activities that prepare our students for the future.
As you embark on your journey here, I encourage you to follow your heart and chase your dreams. My hope is that you will develop confidence in yourselves. Throughout your time at CWCC, we provide every student with opportunities to speak, share, and present in front of the entire school. Additionally, we offer numerous chances to showcase your learning outcomes both in our local community and abroad, empowering you to build your confidence.
As we transition to our new campus in Tung Chung, I want to express my heartfelt goodwill to all our students. I hope each of you enjoys the new facilities and the opportunities they bring.
